Football season can be so fun and in an instant can turn very scary. Sadly, the Verduzco family is dealing with the latter.

Here's is the update as of a few days ago 10/2/2018

Please keep Isaac in your prayers. Our Verduzco-Gonzalez family is forever grateful for all the continued prayers and support everyone has shown Isaac. He is strong and with the power of your continued prayers and support he will get strong and be able to come home soon!

Here's the situation, according to the gofundmepage:

Isaac had to have an emergency head and brain surgery after suffering a concussion that caused his brain to swell and bleed. He started having seizures during the football game at Eisenhower and had to be taken to the hospital. He was then flown to Harborview in Seattle, where he is now recovering. He will not be coming home for a long time and has a long recovery journey ahead of him. Isaac will also need additional surgery in the future. This emergency has caused a financial burden for the family and we need help covering hotels, gas, and food. We appreciate everyone's prayers and contributions.

Please help us spread the word and help take some of the financial burden off this family as we surround them with prayers and positive thoughts.
