Easter will be here before you know it, and it will be time to dress up the kids and head on out to an Easter Egg Hunt. Here's one you can take your kids to in Yakima and in Toppenish*!

Yakima Parks and Recreation is putting on the Egg Hunt Candy Dash on Saturday, April 15th in the shelter area at Franklin Park. It will feature some snacks, music and of course, the Easter Bunny.

12PM, Easter Egg Hunt: Kids up to age 3 years old

1PM, Easter Candy Dash: Kids ages 4-10 years old

Cost: $5 per child

There will be no on-site registration, so you have to register by April 10th! YakimaParks.com.

There is a free option for Easter Egg hunting if you're not able to shell out the $5! Head over to Toppenish, where the Omega Delta Phi fraternity and Heritage University are hosting a free egg hunt on campus!

What: 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt (Bring your own basket!)

Where: Heritage University Campus, 3240 Fort Road

When: Saturday, April 9th

Time: Activities for kids ages 1 year old up to age 12 will begin at 12pm; Egg Hunt starts at 2:30pm; Prize Ceremony is at 3pm

Perks: Free food (hot dogs, chips, soda), plus games, jumpers, inflatable bowling, bean bag toss, and other activities. More than 3,000 eggs will be hidden along the Heritage University campus!

Special Guest: The Easter Bunny

Bring: Bring your own basket for collecting the eggs! Also please bring items for donations to the St. Vincent Centers. (Recommended donation items include clothing, household items and non-perishable food.)
