I have a big problem: I have a whole bunch of cookbooks sitting on the shelf and have never even used most of them! Can you relate?

Having dozens of cookbooks I never use hasn't ever stopped me from buying more and more cookbooks! I keep thinking that some day I will get the TIME to hang out in my kitchen and whip up a wonder recipe from one of my books. I have some for down-home cookin' country-style dishes, asian cuisine, desserts, appetizers, soups, and so many more!

I am a member of the Junior League of Yakima, and one of our specialties is our cookbook pride and joy, "Fresh From the Valley: A Harvest of Recipes from the Junior League of Yakima". (If you don't have one, I will post the link for you here!)

The other night, I purchased two NEW Junior League cookbooks, one from the state of Georgia and the other is from Eugene, OR. I just can't get enough of cookbooks!

Yes, I realize now that I am a Cookbook Hoarder! Do they have a TV show for that?

How many cookbooks do YOU have in your collection? Here are some of my "Junior League" cookbooks and even one I bought from Yakima Valley College created in 2009 by the Black Student Union Club.
